Designs and colors may vary depending on season and supplies. Groovy Wear 4 Kidz does not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error free. All care is taken to ensure that the Groovy Wear 4 Kidz website and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses. By accessing the website you agree that Groovy wear 4 Kidz will not be liable as a result of any error, virus or other harmful component.
Loss or Damage by Carriers
Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method specified. Once the goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Groovy wear 4 Kidz takes no responsibilty for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods. Whilst all care is taken to use delivery methods which are considered to be reliable, delivery outside Australia relies on local carriers, over which we have no control.
Cancellation of Service
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
All items purchased from this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Our payment options available are endless, but most of importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing and Direct Funds Transfer. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
We do not sell or share any information about individual users.

Delivery Policy
Groovy Wear 4 Kidz customers. Please ensure when placing your order that you have entered the correct delivery address. Groovy Wear 4 Kidz takes no responsibility for items posted to the wrong address. We are not obligated to re-send items should they not arrive. While every effort will be made to ensure your parcel arrives in 7 working days, this however is only an estimate. We are unable to guarantee the exact time frame. All items are posted from Australia and items will not be replaced immediately should they be lost or damaged within transit. Every effort will be made to track the parcel through Australia Post. It is up to you the customer to notify Groovy Wear 4 Kidz immediately should your parcel not arrive at all.
Refund Policy
At Groovy Wear 4 Kidz I pride myself on delivering top quality clothing to my customers. Should you receive and item not as stated or has a fault or flaw, please contact me to arrange a replacement. I will only refund if the garment has a fault that has not been mentioned in the description. Should you simply change your mind a refund will not be given.
Items are to be return to me in an unworn/unused condition. A new item will be sent out or a refund given depending on the circumstances. A return address satchel will be supplied so you can return the faulty item to me. Shipping/Postage for the item pruchased will not be refunded unless item is faulty and was not noted in the item description. I appreciate your business and look forward to a smooth transaction.
